I understand how you change these backgrounds once you get into the flash source file...but how do you access it?

What program do you use to access the source files to edit these system configurations and files? Please help. Thanks.

They have written them themselves. Look for hte firmware dumper somewherea round here and you can see the structure. There is a file that contains the pictures per month. They were brave enough to write over that.

How did you manage to encode your own pmf movie to replace the bootup animation?
I didn't think we had the format figured out yet?
