It's the pixels response time... it's really visible in anything that happens on the screen...

I can only talk about my PSP - but there is definitely no response time problem at all on it (both in vids and games). Id be keen to see the problem it' quite visible though... enough to get afraid there will be no oldsschool emulation to be done because of it.. maybe i exagerate. But it's really v...

That's a hardware issue... The only MS it takes which is cheaper is blank MS duo; no MG nor pro.. (Though that does not solve your affair with larger memory..)
