PSP Final Fantasy VII 7 problems
I made a single-EBOOT Final Fantasy 7 CD1 with popstation 3.03c. I am running it under 3.90M33-3 with popsloader 3.40. I also run with disc-speed normal. Everything works fine, until I get to Mt. Corel area. If I get a particular battle then the screen goes all garbled with multi-color pixels. One t...

Improve Mental Arithmetic PSP
How easy would it be to write a homebrew PSP "brain training" game? Maybe something to practice & improve mental arithmetic?

Okay, will we be able to use gcc/g++ and compile our own source codes under uClinux-PSP? I guess we need to port gcc/g++ to uClinux-PSP right? Same with X Windows, and KDevelop, etc. Matan at http://www.hacker.co.il/psp/bochs/ says he boots up Windows 95 under bochs quite fast, and Solitaire was pla...

-REALLY SLOW LOAD There probably won't be much hope here, recall 150Mhz and up Pentiums were common when carmagedden was released (1997). This is outside a reasonable performance envelope for psp-dosbox. Yes, I remember when Carmageddon beta was released and I only had 486 DX2 66MHz, and my friend ...

The only way we can get hi-speed DOS is if the OS (eg.freedos) was rewritten for PSP architecture or even a linux distro compiled for PSP... rather than running off emulators/VMs (bochs, etc). I assume DOSBox is emulating MS-DOS, running ontop of some layer which causes it to be slow. It would be go...
