I have managed to get ifhandle.prx loaded and started from ms without any errors.
But when i try to load and start pspnet.prx after that i get 80020148 error.

All prx are extraced from the same game that i own.

Anyone that knows what may be the problem?

it could be part of the wipeout umd itself, but seeing how it matches the regular psp api... It is confirmed that the wipeout UMD has the browser in it. Not in the firmware yet. I don't think that it is in the firmware yet, because there are different user-agent stings from the US and JPN version of the game.
