Re: sceIoOpen .. screwy?

So here I get a big -ve number for the fd; it should likely be 0 (failed) or 1 (good). Naturally, the subsequant calls also fail. assumption is the mother of all fuck-ups... go and read up on open() return codes in your favourite "teach yourself C in 24 hours" book: <0 is failed, >=0 is a...

Sony didnt give anymore info than what can be seen on public slides, ie no register/opcode listings etc, no code examples, and why would they show stuff like that on a seminar ? why not? maybe to make the NDS fans cry when they see what power the PSP holds in it's hardware? :) I for myself found th...

But if I do that, or only give 1% of the above, tomorrow I'll loose my job, I'll have Sony lawyers after me, and this whole PSP Homebrew developpement thing would probably be closed by Sony ! naaa, 1% isn't enuff to get you fired... I mean, there are PUBLIC presentations held by SCE people which go...

I seriously have about given up on ps2dev - a lot of you guys whine, troll, or whatever, but you don't actually write any code or provide any useful information or encouragement to beginners. playstation2-linux.com does do that and much more. And guess what? It's officially supported by Sony. It se...
