Just looked at them both and they need kernel mode to work. Ill keep researching and see what I come up with. If there is anyone out there developing on a PSP v2.01+ who could share any tips or tricks the help would be much appreciated.

Ok I am sure this has been discussed before but just thought I would check it out. If Sony is using an encryption standard (which I am sure they are) couldn't it be possible to find the key through brute force. Once done this would let us decode any PSP files we like.
