sceDisplayWaitVblankStart() emulated on PSP ELF interpreter?

Hi there,

I am new to PSP development. May I ask a question?
Do "sceDisplayWaitVblankStart()" emulated on PSP ELF interpreter? Since my interpreter run my application very fast although "sceDisplayWaitVblankStart()" was loop for more than 100 times.
