Being a NTSC dev kit, I'd assume the Linux disks would not load on the euro PS2, but I would like the think the network adapter, HDD and all other accessories would be compatible. While it is only $100US for the kit, it retails for $300AUD here in Australia. Before the mark down, it was $500AUD. So ...

did you you install inlink 1.3.2 first? The 1.3.7 distribution is simply a patch that should be copied over the directory that is creation during the installation wizard of 1.3.2. I run XP, and had the same error until I released it was only a patch. All works fine now, and loading things like PS2MA...
