I've played around with the Lua Player PC preview that Shine released, but I'd like to continue developing on my Mac at ...

Nice, looks like it will be fun.

Take a look at Shine's snake for Collision detection.

You could also look at the PSP Air Hockey for multiplayer on one PSP controls.

The LuaPlayer for windows is slow, it's still a very, very early release.

Be patient, it will improve.

I'm dying to get started on a few game ideas I have, but the LuaPlayer, my PSP and Mac OSx don't really play together well. I'm having a lot of problems using LuaPlayer's USB feature and my Lua scripts have been getting corrupted. If you're on a Mac, do NOT FORGET to unmount the PSP from Finder bef...

Shine, thanks for all your work on Lua. I have a feeling LuaPlayer is going to bring PSP homebrew to a new level.

Are you still working a Mac OSx version of the player?

Holy crap guys, great work. These games look awesome. This is going to expand the PSP homebrew scene dramatically. Shine, reading that you are releasing a PSP development tool for Mac OS makes me scream like a little girl. Can you include a tool to make 1.5 packages with hidden corrupt files? There ...

I'm trying to run Snake and Steel Demo on Windows XP using PSPe09b. Neither games will load, giving me an error like this: load C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\PSPfiles\PSPEmulator\pspe09b\pspe\ms0\PSP\GAME\SOFT2\EBOOT.PBP PBP format illegal address PC = 00000000 00000000 00000000 00...

I know what you mean about time, I'm in the same boat. I still want to play around with Lua since I have some unfinished games that I've been working on over the years and I'd love to finish at least one of them. If you rather wait until you get it running faster, I can wait. Like I posted earlier, ...

Great work VgSlag, looks pretty good. Any idea of when you might release something?

Shine:
I haven't tried your Lua player yet(going to give it a run tonight), but I assume it works like a loader where you can select a script file, Lua Player runs the script that's it?

Thanks, I'll take a look at this.

It looks like something I can understand.

Question, I'm going to do my development on a Mac running OSX, how do make the EBOOT.pbp and package with the 1.5 Xploit on OSX?

Flash game developer wants to apply knowledge to PSP dev.

Basically, I'm a graphic designer and Flash developer with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Flash Action Script. I have developed a few games using the book Flash Games Studio and I have extensive knowledge of designing standalone Flash applications, user interfaces and sound/music components. ...
