Simply update the PSP plug-in will make it work. Get it here and put the dev_psp.dll in MediaCoder's plugins folder. Thanks. I just encoded the new 15min MGS4 trailer at 1200kbps(136MB) and it totally rocks the socks off of anything I've previously seen on PSP. ZOMG, Thanks to jonny for the AVC imp...

at the moment, you never need to specify those informations manually: 1 - if you use x264 (commandline), the txt file is used 2 - if you use virtualdub, those informations are taken directly from the avi 3 - if you use mencoder, those informations are taken directly from the avi only someone trying...

Hi yoshaw, FPS= rate/scale Thus, for example, 25 fps (PAL) is 25000/1000=25. 25/1 also works. 29.97 (NTSC) is 8000000/333667=29.97 Etc. You can calculate this with calculator to get the desired framerate within the muxed pmp file. Normally, the muxer detects the .txt file that is created alongside ...

Let me say this first. I love Jonny's Mod! I really do! Because I like the different side mods(with amazing GUI's) and their functions that were introduced with it. Still, this rumor of a new player that came out of Korea.... Holy Fawk! 0_0 It's said that it supports Video at 480x272 with 29.97/30fp...

i was thinking that also making a complete server on pc side that resize/reencode in realtime would be a funny project (some dreaming here :). Hey, thats not far from reality if I'm not mistaken. Because someone actually did it with Xbox360. I think it had something to do with encoding divx/xvid mo...

Thanks for agreeing with me Jonny. And I fully understand why Wooolf is suddenly looking like a troll. I had myself thought good of him until the point where he inadvertently called my file not upto snuff. Whatever the heck was that opinion without me asking for it, even I don't understand why he'd ...

frankly said it was too much for such a simple task :P Don't misunderstand me, I've made DVD9 > DVD5 encodings for years using 5-7 tools for each encoding. Same rule was applied - best quality possible. But with PSP I could use only 1 tool to make all my encodings, so I went that way and frankly sa...

I had a hope for some wikkid encoding (visually) of FFXII, but couldn't notice it either :/ bleh... Please don't be full of yourself! :) The source of that reel is exactly like how it turned out to be with the PMP file. I wonder why this didn't occur to you? Given how you were asking me tutorials i...

PMP Mod 1.02 is simply amazing. The 2.5fps jump is a blessing. To celebrate Jonny's amazing work, here is the amazing song that came out in Japan for Final Fantasy XII(#1 on Famitsu's most wanted list). If the rare footage of FFXII in this PMP cannot impress you, I don't know what will. But I'm sold...

yoshaw, your conversions look pretty good overall, as I said before. The red balance is the problem, which seems to be causing from the source (dvd authoring) http://img484.imageshack.us/img484/457/frame0043000000hyed2dk.png (frame 43, TGA format, 32bpp) Thanks! And yeah, fully agreed. The DVD sour...

(ie tekken) seek is pretty choppy and huge frames at a time this is due to 29.97fps -> 25fps framerate conversion Exactly! The framerate had to be decreased to remove the audio crackling. Although I disagree to the choppy part comment made by the previous user because it's hardly 1 min in length an...

Hi there ! @Jonny There is definetely a bottleneck issue depending on the stick and - I suppose - fragmentation on the stick. If there is a stuttering on low bitrates, I have to press stop, the stick-light flashes several times, then go on and the stuttering is gone. Imho I would say increasing the...

Here is the Infamous Killzone PLAYSTATION 3 direct-feed DVD trailer for all PS3 videogame fans. I had to tone down the framerate to 25fps in order to remove the audio crackling. Which resulted in a rather not so smooth video as it could had been with 29.97fps(Don't worry, even at 25fps it looks phen...

Jonny, I read you're working on a new version of the muxer that would probably fix the audio/video stuttering issue. That is the biggest sigh of relief I ever made after reading that, trust me. I know I found a temporary(partly working) solution a few pages back about the audio stuttering. BUT it's ...

Thanks to Pochi for making these images. I just inserted them images in the eboot.pbp to make the player look classy. That last is my only credit in here! Again much props to Pochi.
