I'm setting up my programming environment in winxp, but I'm running into troubles. I installed cygwin, downloaded the pspsdk and copied all of the psp*.exe binaries into my cygwin/bin folder. When I first tried compiling the hello world test, it said that it couldn't find the program "as"....
