I think it's a very good application but it seems I have some problems...

I need to encode the movie with cp 1253 cause I'm using greek subs...
In the preview panel doesn't show any subs...

or am I doing something wrong?!?

You are using very long directory names... try to change them for example use:
"C:\Avi2PMP" for the program and "C:\Videos" for the video files...

I'm using the program and it works great with greek subtitles....
I've done a little search for you and the result is that your .srt MUST be saved as ANSI and not as UNICODE (if you open it with a notepad and press save as you can fix that) and the cp that you can use is 1252...

Only one suggestion... Can you put an option for the subtitles codepage (preview and encoding)?

and I want to say that I've tried about 3 or 4 converters... yours is the best!!! Keep up the good work!!!

OK I have one final problem...
In some avi files when I open them it says '2.50' is not a valid integer value...
What's that? will it effect the outpout result?

Sorry for the noobish question and please don't flame me but I don't know how to find the codepage I must use for the subtitles...
I'm from greece so I need greek subs...
Can anyone help me where to look?
