Now I write very new version. 4.000. Will be many many changes. Prorgram will be not only for PSP. Also PC, phone or PDA.

I try today encode source with subtitles. Subtitles was ok, but av sync lost :(. Need to correct this bug.

May be yoy forgot choose subtitle font ? (settings - subtutle font - 1252).
Subtitles add in mencoder, not in avisynth. (for compatibility with speed mode).

I had same problem at past with 44100, but besweet encoding correct this now.

3.104 & 1.02 use only CBR MP3.

I think if in 3.104 was ok with sync, problem may be in ABR or VBR MP3 sound. I check this and add force CBR Mp3 mode (additinaly).

I too some time have lost of sync, but It happend only on very old and bad maked AVI. I don`t know how repair that. But if clip lost sync, I convert this clip in Speed Mode. Speed Mode don`t lost sync on this clips.

Very strange look. Look like no AviSynth installed. In XP 32 default key must have path to AviSynth. Can you search in registry may be AviSynth path in XP 64 stored in other place ?

MP3 can be converted in 3 modes: CBR, VBR and ABR. ABR most quality mode. It`s variable bitrate, but possible set minimal, maximum and target bitrate. And new pmp mod support this mode ! I hear sound converted from ac3 have much reach sound and more bass in this mode.

@csuper Why you need VBR ? ABR much better. HQV now imposible back. Too much changes. Simpler make new program :). Quality is same as in HQM. Even little bit better because HQV don`t support XviD coding. I like VirtualDub too, but very difficult control dub from other program. If you want translate ...

I think you have bad codek pack. Unistall codec pack. Install ffdshow or DivX(without generic mpeg4 support)+XViD.

Just run setup.exe and if you don`t have framework 2.0 , framework download and install automaticly. Possible you have bad DVD.

Now program can`t convert encrypted DVD. Try copy this DVD with DVD Shrink 3.2 or DVD Decrepter (file mode).

Different resize modes wil be unlocked in next version. You already can see locked resize button.
Also optimise subtitles in next release.

I will check 2-part movies with different bitrate.
I don`t like set settings before adding too. But I don`t know how It make logical. May be later my brain will feel better and I make better solution for this.

Usually settings read before you add file. This is good if code different files with different settings. If you check "Read After", settings will be read when you press "Start". It more logical, but all files in list will be encoded with same settings.
