Everytime I use execftp on my ps2 my ftp client says it can't connect. It says connection refused. My ftp client is FlashFXP. I've looked everywhere on tutorials on how to setup execftp and how to connect but it never works. I've went about 10 sites on tutorials and the all say the same instructions...
