Another alternative is to use the oldschool library available here
Its powerfull and easy to use. Can deform, scale, rotate with or without bilinear filtering.

Hi, just installed cygwin and psp sdk the day before yesterday and been having some fun with oslib, but now i've come across an error that makes absolutely no sense as far as i can see. This is the part that applies to the psp. crt stands for cathode ray tube, this is the type of screen in your non-flat tv or monitor.

another thing to take into account is that the japanese and uk dvd regions are the same, so if you get a psp from japan, most likely it will be able to play uk umd movies as well.

I'm not sure if the loading times would be that different as the psp uses a hardware decoder which is a lot faster than doing it through software. as for comparing two similar files in order to extrapolate the key, the above is pretty much the limit of my knowledge on the subject. Maybe someone else...
