Note: if you're getting stuttering it could be that its the sort thats introduced when you convert footage recorded at a different framerate (typically PAL stuff) to 30fps - unfortunately I don't know how to get around this since PSP seems to be hardwired to playback at 15 or 30fps. Nice little proggie there runtime, thanks for it. But, when I encode movies with 416x176 and patch them the framerate is choppy on PSP, it works but stutters alot.
