What should I use for ZDB?

What should I use for ZDB?

I got this ZDB file. And I need a program that can open it up properly does anyone has a suggestion?

Where did you get this file ? Is this at least PlayStation2 related ?

yes it is ps2 related it can be found in a lot games.
