Need text editor on ps2 ?

is there any text editor i can load from ps2menu or other elf application to edit textfiles on hd or mc?
i didnt find anythin in google etc

Not that I know of. If you want a text editor for PS2, you will have to create one of port a text editor to PS2 since right now, there is no text editor for PS2.

Maybe refactoring the Yabasic for PS2 code to extract the source editor and add IO capabilities could be a starting point no ?

I saw that Drakonite has this source code on his website....

For sure I'd like to have one too :D And a shell :D.... Oh maybe I have to buy the linux kit so... ;-)
