device names

What are the device names that work with ps2sdk?

I know of host, mc0, mc1. But what is the cd drive and is it a different one for the dvd drive? And what is the usb drive and is it working yet? I think I have seen two for the hard drive?

Do all the file operations work for these devices including the directory listing? For functions like fioDopen the header says they are not properly tested yet.

I don't see any device names in libcdvd.c.

In libhdd.c I saw hdd0, pfs and pfs0. What is the difference with these?
