Possible to read PS2 HD on PC?

is it possible to read PS2 HD when attached to PC and modify/delete files there?

The PS2 uses a different filesystem and even a different way of partitioning the drive, so no.

Actually there was a half-working PFS Linux VFS module at http://achurch.org.

IIRC it was read-only, and it would take a fair amount of work to be able to write and delete files.
