Hi...everybody~~
I have some problem about to develop PS2 software or games~~
Can i make a PS2 software or game and store in a DVD\CD, then put that DVD\CD into PS2, to load that DVD\CD just like other PS2 games? If the answer is "can do that", then how to do that?

There is no way, outside of pressing your own discs, for you to create a CD or DVD that will run on an unmodified PS2.
Sorry!

Can i ask more question?
The CPU in PS2 is MIPS R5900?
That is same as MIPS 5K?
Because i find some informations of MIPS 5K core, i don't that is useful or not.

this is pretty much off-topic, but why don't you try making a "hello world" program for the PS2 ? that's always a good start... aim low, secure and short at the beggining until you get the hang of it... introduce graphics later :)
and i think that newer PlayStation 2s don't use the exact same CPU as the old PlayStation 2s... or i'm seriously deluded...

The Emotion Engine Core is a modified Toshiba tx79, documentation for the tx79 is available from toshiba semiconductor site.
As far as I know, the main difference between newer revision PS2s and older ones is the GS is now on the same package as the EE, but to the programmer it looks exactly the same.
