Blitzbasic/3d/max?

I dunno where to put this topic, sorry if I placed it wrong.
Anyway I was thinking if I could create homebrew via Blitz?
BTW blitz is a programming language, if you dont know.

Blitzbasic is a closed source commercial program for writing PC games using their mangled version of BASIC.

So no, you obviously can't use it for PS2.
