CPU clock frequency can be ANY value >333?

It looks like the SetClockFrequency can be any value,
and need not be divisible by a common divisor (like 33 or 66)
So you can actually run the PSP at any frequency (88, 90, 123, 239,
306, etc). I think you can even run it greater than 333! But
it may burn out the chip.

You can actually try it in the latest version of LuLines (version 1.1)
you can increase/decrease the CPU frequency 1 Mhz at a time.
Be careful if you go too high. Its at your own risk.

With full control over the processor speed, apps can now be more effecient with battery power/processor power :)
