Umm, for ANYTHING that is "read-only" you cannot write to..... that would defeat the purpose of read-only
But the main bios is flash0:/, and you can write to it all you want, but it'll brick your PSP pretty quickly.....

You can't write to flash0 without going through special hoops that are best left undiscussed here.
Just don't screw around with flash under any circumstances.

But I want to, I really don't care about a brick, because I have a no questions asked warranty and a friend who works at gamestop who created a stash of about 25 1.5 PSPs...
