OK, simpler question:

People _are_ writing homebrew to use the wifi, right? Could someone point me to some forums or anything that have example code for how to do this? If someone could just give me an example of how to establish a link to a wireless network, open up a TCP connection and read and write some data I'd really appreciate it.
