Getting Audio to Work

I'm a bit new to the audio area of the PSPSDK. I want to play ATRAC3's on my PSP, but I am not sure where to begin. I started by looking through atrac3.h, pspaudio.h, pspaudiolib.h, and a few other sound-based includes in the pspsdk. Where exactly would I start?

Start by searching the forum using the term "atrac3". You'll find a player with source.
