hi, im new here, and im just wodnering, what tools are needed for creating a gui for an app?

The toolchain, maybe GIMP, and a working brain.

Depends on what kind of GUI, It can be simple text or pictures.

a good 2d/3d lib and good c / c+ programing knowledge. can be done with out a lib but i wouldn't recommend it. JGE++ 1.0 is my favorite.
