need the graphics of psp

i'm a newer
i studied tutorial just now(http://www.psp-programming.com/tutorials/c/lesson04.htm)
however,i encounter a problem
i find that there isn't a graphics.h in my devkitPro

Then you're not reading carefully enough.
That tutorial provides a .zip file that contains all of the files it uses.
