Compilation error please help.

ok so I am making a PRX and when trying to compile it says

Compiling...
crt0_prx.c
c&#58;\users\user\desktop\crt0_prx.c&#40;4&#41; &#58; fatal error C1083&#58; Cannot open include file&#58; 'pspkernel.h'&#58; No such file or directory
Error executing cl.exe. 
  
crt0_prx.obj - 1 error&#40;s&#41;, 0 warning&#40;s&#41;

can someone help me on what I should do?

Try compiling it with gcc instead of msvc.
