Some anticipations about the new Nanodesktop 0.3.5.

The new version shall support Linux Ubuntu. I hope that this can
hold other developers under nd.

The PSPSDK shall be updated to the last version and the new ndOpenCV
shall ensure state-of-the-art performances in artificial vision.
