Hello everyone!
I am trying to install the psplibraries, but i am having problems. I have installed cygwin, and after i use the command:
svn co svn://svn.ps2dev.org/psp/trunk, and svn command returns with a error message telling me that is impossible to connect - connected time out.
I am under a proxy, and may the proxy server blocking it? The gcc and binutils were downloaded and install ok.
And when psptoolchain finished its job, it shows a message:
003-pspsdk-stage1.sh cannot connected, or something else.
Thanks for your time.

if you use cygnwin you are under windows right, so instead of using cygwin
use the natif tools from heimdall look at:
http://forums.ps2dev.org/viewtopic.php?t=9812
--> no Cygwin or MSys required. It contains:
* Latest GCC
* Latest Newlib
* Documentation
* Popular dev libraries (DevPaks)
