Gamma correction support

Is there some kind of support for gamma correction on the PSP?
I've noticed that the SDL_SetGamma and SDL_SetGammaRamp functions from libSDL both return -1 (not supported), is this because it really isn't or because it has not been implemented yet?
I'm sorry if this redundant but i've been looking for this for a while without finding any clear answer
