wow very interesting post can anyone confirm if this is a possible way to flash back a japanese v1.50 to a v1.00? It seems like it might work

hmm, definetly seems posible, but still at your own risk, and isnt a safe way to do it, especially if your just starting out, but this i can definetly see going somewhere. hopefully someone is going to be willing to confirm if this method works or not. but i think what we should all be really looking for is getting an exploit for 1.5+.

the logic of this whole thing is simply wrong. Do not try it, at best it will not work and at worst you will corrupt/damage you memory stick.

Swapping memory sticks will not work for many reasons which I'm not going to bother explaining. Common and/or a bit of technical sense will reveal any number of reasons this won't work.
