Im looking to go into game programming in the future. I realsie that wont be PS2 by the time im ready but no harm in starting now.

Any one know what qualifications are needed to go into the games industry, say as a programmer ? or can anyone direct me to a site which shows jobs in the industry i could use as examples ?

If you are looking for advice for professional game development issues, I doubt you will find it here. try going to www.gamedev.net if you haven't already. Also, order a copy of gamedeveloper magazine at www.gdmag.com and you will be on your way :)
