IrDA Keyboard Support Library?

Post by Dr. Vegetable »

Ok, so I spent some sleepless hours last night putting together a keyboard decoder for a Belkin IrDA keyboard, spurred on by the work of chameleon_789, but originally inspired by Tim Underwood's KbdTest Program. (Embarassing how long it took me to find that last link - after a half hour using phpBB Search on this forum, I ended up going to Google and it was the first link!)

It seems like there is a lot of interest in creating a standard keyboard library to allow people to easily add keyboard support to homebrew apps. Has anyone started on this? I thought I read at one point that someone had done this, but I obviously lack the forum search skills to connect with them.

Awesome work :)

Looking forwards to adding this into peldet when it reaches a more usable state.
Might have to get myself one of those keyboards...
