I really dont know where I am wrong!

My console is scph-39001(moded). I burn some ps2 tools disk cd, like ps2menu,ps2link,execftp ,etc. I use "cdgenps2" to generate iso image,and I checked every file like system.cnf,*.elf very well, at last I put a dummy file at about 200~400mb in the iso, then I generate the final iso and burn it with nero 6.0,after all no one is worked! No one ! I can only see the ps2 logo, then is black screen. Some times I downloaded some "iso" file (I didn't generate the iso myself,I downloaded it directlly via internet) and I burn it with the same software(nero6.0), the same cdr-rom, use the same cdr-disk, then every thing goes well with my console. I think some thing is wrong when I generate the iso, I hope some one can tell me my mistake.Thank you.

ps:I have another console scph-50006(moded too+_+),it doesn't boot with any cdr-disk,but same disk my 39001 did. Why?But my 50006 can boot original factory pressed ps1-disk&audio-cd normally.
