Hi guys! Just a question
Hi guys, i'm a newbie and not very good in this kind of things. I bought a ps2 network adaptor thinking that would be good to transfer saving file from memory card to pc and in the opposite way. Now i discovered that teorically it's impossible, but i think network adaptor is a network card, and it's connected to my pc by and hub so maybe for you it's not impossible  . Is there any software or way to do that? And, if there no way, which is the cheapest way to do this kind of file transfer? Before writing this topic i searched something related, but couldn't find any related to network adaptor. I hope u understood everything, i'm from italy and my english isn't very good  . Thanks to all
There are a few options available to you.
Use a commercial save game utility, AR Max, SharkPort/Xport etc. Or go the ps2link/ps2cllient way.
If your PS2 isn't modded - you'll be in a chicken and egg situation to get network access on it.
If you have a friend who's got either a modded console or one of the above commercial utilities, get them to prepare an exploit memory card to boot ps2link. That way you'll have all the network access you need.

If he has the AR Max Evo, and a PS2 without a modchip, the chicken and egg problem is solved: one can run ps2link (with some tweaks however) from their max drive thingy.
--edit--
I was too fast here. Well, go buy the Ar Max evo directly, you'll be able to copy your memory cards directly without too much troubles.
