I just recently set up a new system with Ubuntu 6.10. I used the toolchain.sh scripts in svn to set up the toolchains and SDKs... the PSP one went fine. I had a problem with the PS2 one that hasn't been resolved yet. Interestingly enough, the problem I have with the PS2 toolchain is also in making binutils.

Hi,

A lot of search work on the internet leaves me only with this article of microsoft:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.as ... -us;824422
however this didn't work for me. Closing my msde2000 database also didn't work.

Someone an idea what might could be the problem? any thought is appreciated.

Hi me again (alot of posts just by myself :s )

I have solved it :) i have run the toolchain in (hmmm whats it called in english) save mode of windows? (f8 and then the simple save environment of windows) it took a lot of time more to do it but it did the trick so everyone with this problem try to run the toolchain install in save mode of windows.
