Yo,

since I installed it pretty easily, what OS are you on?
Under Windows, you basically install first CygWin, then the toolchain, and if you foolw the instructions everything goes fine.
Under Linux environments the procedure might be slightly different (I haven't done, although I also do have Linux on my machine).

Explain better and could be you can get some more help on this, as many of us installed it without too much trouble...
