You cannot use the MaxDrive as a memory stick. MaxDrive is some software that allows you to copy from the memory stick to the usb and back. Games still always use the memory stick though. Its only use is to back up stuff off the memory stick.

So is there free available software that can do this.
For example put files onto a CD (eg. Ps2reality player) and boot up the ps2. THen have other files on the USB MASS drive that the ps2 prog would recognise. And then simply transfer ps2 memory card saves across?

Been searching, but just get completly confused. PS2 is modded with no Network Adapter.

Been in other forums and seen things from PS2link, Launch Elf, Naplink but still no simply tutorial for a ps2 modded without Network adapter using bootable cd, memory card and usb mass drive?

Completely confused and newbie. Help please,

Regards,
