I am new to this whole thing and have just a few questions if someone could please answers. These questions are straight foeard and just a yes or no will do .

1. Can you create an entire game using the ps2dev?

2. If I created a game could I save the game on a disk and send it to my brother and have him play it without him having to change anything on his PS2?

3. Can I write the game in C++ instead of C?
