How would I, on a fully functional toolchain?
Intrigued by PSP system Since December 2006.
Use it more for Development than for Gaming.

If you look in the scripts drawer, you'd see that newlib is 4.

1) Just running that script[in toolchain] is enough?
2) Will things break?
3) Do you suggest a full toolchain install?

Just "./toolchain.sh 4" should do it. I update just the sdk the same way (different number for the sdk). If you have a fast enough computer, you can always run the whole shebang, but there's no reason to unless your toolchain is out of date.
