A couple lua questions

My first question is can you read data through the serial port with it. Second i have a 1.51 psp how can i downgrade to 1.5? There used to be up to 2 then down to 1.5 but i cant find that anywhere.

Yes you can read from the SIO port(In the current and later OFFICIAL versions at least).. you should really do some more research before you ask questions.. that could have been easily found on google.. as well as a downgrader.. I believe that you can use any downgrader that goes to 1.5 but I'm not certain..

It seems that LUA is a little slow when it comes to serial data transfer. Is anyone working to make it any better or is it a lost cause?

definatly a lost cause I would say.. for lua at least, there really isn't a point in it
