[ND] I need help
I'm working for solving an incompatibility between the last HAL
of nd and Sony GoCam. The trouble happens with the CF firmware
3.91 (the previous firmwares work correctly).
I need help. If anyone of you have a GoCam and a PSP with
3.91 custom firmware, please contact me.
I'll send you a small program: it will visualize 3 numbers.
These will allow to me to develop the right patch for this firmware.

Ok, thank you very much.Wally4000 wrote:hey there.
I have 3.92 Custom Firmware and a GoCam! if that helps (3.91 is a typo)?
a) Download from Visilab website the kernel extender and the
ndUsbDriverCF.Prx. Copy them in the root folder of the memory
stick.
http://visilab.unime.it/~filippo/Nanode ... nloads.htm
b) Download from this link the tester program
http://rapidshare.com/files/101535239/Eboot.pbp.html
Install it in a subfolder of PSP/GAME folder (as the normal homebrews
for custom firmware, simply copy it)
c) Connect your GoCam before start the homebrew GoCam_Test
d) Start the homebrew. The system will communicate to you some
numbers. I need to know them...
Thank you for your assistance.
That's weird, I've checked around and 3.90 M33-2 stills seems to be the latest custom firmware. Certainly it's the latest at D_A's web site. If someone else has hacked a newer firmware with D_A's 3.90 changes, I wouldn't trust it to work right - at the least, the NID resolver would almost certainly not be working right as it's only good for the version it was written for (3.80 for 3.80 M33 or 3.90 for 3.90 M33).

Pegasus2000,
I would help you: just now I updated MyPSP - MyPSPVVoIP with Gocam and/or headset audio input features to cf 3.93 with new *.prx.
Nothing changed, nothing to be changed since many custom firmware version ago on audio input.
(You know MyPSP - MyVVoIP is working properly since 3.50....)
What's the buzz?

that I have requested, I cannot define the reason for the missing
detection of the gocam.
P.S. Buona Pasqua se non ci sentiamo domani su psp-ita...

No Quarter, thank you for your help.noquarter wrote:when my game folder kernel is set to 3.90 I get the following:
Error Returned 0
UsbIsFailure 0
Primary Error Code 0
Secondary Error Code 0
1.50 kernel:
Does not detect kernel extender
Error Retuned -107
UsbIsFailure 1
Primary Error Code 1
Secondary Error Code 8002013A
The thing is strange. The data that you have (the first data) indicate
that the USB system has no errors (3.90 kernel, this is the one that
interested to me...)
But if it is true, the camera must be detected by nd. Do you see the led of
the camera that becomes on ?
If the answer is yes, you could try the Nanodesktop Audio Recorder
and you can see if the system detect your camera....

Thank you. So the trouble is due to an incorrect installationnoquarter wrote:I tested the camera from the xmb and it works.
There is no red light when I load up your test app,I have also tested the audio recorder and it works fine.
I dunno dude, anything else you want me to try?
