Hi guys!
I'm a c++ programmer and now i want to do a "simple" program for the psp: a program that can change memory values on the fly
but i have a question....how to do it? should my program start with the other or what?

"Simple" programs are covered by the samples. Check them out before asking such a question.

In the "samples" directory - duh. You'd think that some folks haven't even bothered installing the toolchain and SDK.
