upgrading

I have been out of the scene for a long time.
my psp has 3.03 Open Edition on it.

Can I just upgrade 4.01 M33 without trouble or do I need to downgrade or do anything special to get it on there.

I use to update the OE versions with no problems.

Simple, just upgrade to 3.52m33 then you can just upgrade to the latest cfw

I was hoping i could just go straight to the latest and greatest.
