I made an application wich uses IR on the PSP Fat but the IR prx isn't included in the current firmware.
So I wanted to ask you how to load the (old?) prx to still use IR.
If you mean in a module, look at the pikey code. If you mean in an app, look in any of the recent apps that support IR keyboards, like Basilisk II or any of zx81's emulator ports.
You need to obtain it from older firmware, like one of the early 3.XX firmwares. Use PSARDUMPER to extract and decrypt all. Its called SIRC.PRX or something.

That's only for using the IR as a remote controller. If you're just using IRDA (simple serial over IR), you just need to load the IRDA module, which is still in the kernel.
Yeah, which is odd considering Sony is big on remotes, and as irShell shows, the PSP could have been Sony's best and most powerful universal remote ever. I'm a little surprised they kept the IRDA module as well considering they didn't do anything with that either.
