New Homebrew containing Iflash / breaks-your-PSP?

Does anyone know if the new MD PSP application (mega drive emulator) and/or the Beats Of Rage port to the PSP are safe to use?

I don't exactly want a £250 paperweight (yes, I paid that much for my PSP).

LOL, I paid a bit more for mine still, but I share the sentiment.

With doubts like this it's safest to exercise patience. If it would be a 'virus', you'd hear it soon enough on the various 'news' sites.

Of course...it could always be a timebomb...but noone can tell for sure unless the code is released and they feel like scrutinizing it.
