PS2 DVD Drive Interface

Hey guyz, i know i dont post here, just not smart enough i guess, just wondering if any of u knew, what kinda interface the ps2 dvd drives use.

Obviously its no IDE, because of the number or wires.

If anyone has any cluse please tell me.
