How to debug avoiding IOP RESET

Hello i'm new so don't be too hard on me.

I's like to debug games so i used PS2Link but what was my surprise when i saw that you can't debug anything since the IOP RESET sutdown the server so it is impossible to have any log of the EE activity.
My question is how can i do to avoid this IOP RESET in order to debug?
I've seen there is the Serial Cable (EE) EE-SIO that can do the job but i won't be able to build it, is there any other way using the network adatpter?
